can anyone help me understand this broadband thingy, i am with talktalk on the talk3 international, i'm supposed to be on broadband, but when I connect to the internet, it comes up with dial-up connection on the bottom of the screen, also it is very slow,I get 1mb, never any more, when I have rung customer services they only say its because I am 5 miles away from the exchange, it drops the line everytime the phone rings, but it is cheap, and as I have a daughter in France and can ring her often it costs me nothing, If I bought a wireless whatsit would it be the same. Any views will be welcome
