Now broadband prices

Now are still offering standard broadband for £18 , which includes calls. The site says that afterwards the price is £25. Does this still include calls ? 
The site doesn't answer this question and there appears to be no telephone contact (This rather puts me off)

It includes calls, just had my renewal notice £26 for 12 months, says it includes a £7 discount

£33 per month rolling if not fixed for a year

£18 fixed 12 months with PAYG calls

I've yet to 'phone & see if I can improve on the offer

NOW Calls: *Includes anytime calls with any Broadband purchase for the first 12 months, then £8 a month thereafter.
