Many thanks also for this useful tip. Have been trying to withdraw money for 2 days using Chrome. Following your post, I tried Internet Explorer and got the same error message. I then tried Edge and the transfer went through with no problem! Thanks again!0

I tried to withdraw some money on Friday to my nominated account and received a message that I had to call them. In the queue for 50 minutes and the staff member told me that extra security had been put on my account so I had to wait for a call back from the security team. Of course I am still waiting. I have no idea why extra security has been put on, never had this before.Mortgage Free November 2018

I’ve just tried to make a withdrawal from Income Bonds but it failed with this message.
Oddly enough it’s started asking for the answers to ‘security questions’ rather than asking for phone confirmation. I’ve been making withdrawals since last week and it’s been quite happy with ‘phone’ security code confirmation.
Edit: just tried a withdrawal a second time and it’s now asking me a security question that I don’t even have!...I’ve now tried several logins and it persists in asking me the same unanswerable ‘security question’ no matter what I do;,...the only way round it is to reset my password and wait for a new password to be sent out by post!!!...what a bleedin’ shambles.

When I tried to withdraw my Income Bonds they wouldn't accept the answers to their security questions, even though the name of my first school is the same as when I set the answers up, and my lovely maternal nan hasn't changed her first name in the 51 years she's been dead. 🙄2

Been using Edge for two days now to make a transaction, cleared cache and everything else regarding cleaning up browser, still no joy "We're sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later or call us if the problem persists"
Online chat a shambles always showing as busy, they must be totally overwhelmed with traffic and their systems not coping!!!
