E: 06/10 win asda vouchers - spin the wheel daily - not working at the moment

I went on just before 9am this morning. Landed on the £100 and then nothing. I refreshed the page and the wheel disappeared. Absolutely gutted as I didn’t take a screenshot 🤦‍♀️ And can’t prove I won. 

Oh well lesson learned.

I had the same £100, now the comp is currently unavailable, so they are aware of the problem

To my amazement I won £100 on  Asda Spin to Win but there was nowhere on the webpage to claim the prize! I took screen shots of proof of my win too. I am really disappointed with this and feel it's a bit of a con. It's really misleading customers into thinking they've won but they can't claim their prize. I tried spinning the wheel again just in case something wasn't working properly with the webpage but a message displayed then telling me I had had my turn for today.
You can't contact ASDA for love nor money about this either.......................what a con.

My husband did it on his phone and got no win, then I did on mine and won 100. I took a screenshot and emailed asda. They emailed about the campaign! I'm not having them claim a glitch my husband entered seconds before me on his phone and got nothing.

I won a £2 e-gift card last night which appeared immediately. Printed off and balance (£2) confirmed on the gift card balance check section on the Asda website.

I played last nite the 29 th at 10.30 pm
won the £100 jumped for joy then realised the screen was jus stuck there doing nothing scared to leave it I took a photo just incase I needed proof whilst I waited on confirmation email but sadly nothing turned up 😭😭😭 then the spin button came back in to play and it just kept letting me spin no wins

I had a spin last night but never won anything. Seems as if this game has malfunctioned and dishes out too many £100 wins to Asda’s liking!  Really hope everyone has their £100 wins honoured. Best of luck always

I played last night and did not win but my husband played and won £100.  Like others after excitement, we realised nothing had happened.  I took photo and screenshot.   My husband rang customer services this morning because I could not find an e-mail.  Sounded vague but said she thought it was an error and they would e-mail again if it was sorted.  Not very happy it clearly was a win and now they won't honour it.  Shabby.
