Got £100 to and no confirmation. Went into store this morning and they tried to fob me off by saying it's a scam. So called customer support who have told me their waiting for confirmation from marketing and can tell me no more. And that it's not a scam as the store told me. Today the wheel won't spin, and the game appears to have been withdrawn. A total shambles seems to be developing here. I want my £100 ASDA. Sort it out!! 
They made billions and billions in profits from panic buying and covid-19. Time to give back a bit 😡

It reminds me of the old Tombola (was that the name?) scandal  It had been running for years, and then, one day, everybody won.  They just said sorry, and continued.  Did anybody enter after that?

Same here! I went online at 6:50pm yesterday and spun the wheel it landed on £100, but didn’t do nothing, so I waited took a screen shot and then clicked to spin again and got no win, checked T&Cs and it clearly says if it lands there then you win! Contacted customer service who first said it was a scam and she wasn’t aware of a promo so she asked for the web address, confirmed it was Asda then said to speak to online grocery team who obv didn’t have a clue! 

T&Cs are very clear. Altho contradicting too as the email says 10,000 x £2 prize and 5 x £100. Then the T&Cs say 9,977 x £2 prize and 5 x £100 

Somethings clearly gone wrong but Asda doesn’t terms don’t state anything about a malfunction on their part! I screenshot the terms to be safe!

This is going to be like the Boots fiasco years ago where thousands of people "won" a trip to Barcelona! I'm betting Asda aren't going to honour this mess up either.

Hi, From what I understand the 00:00 29/9/20 meant it started at the start of 29th, so the wheel had been active all day that day. Asda wouldn’t email people before the wheel went live. Would have made it easier if it said 00:01 29/9/20 😂
