I'm going to pick my other ring up on Monday, the manager called me earlier to let me know its there. The thought of going in there to see him again makes me feel sick.
I will question why it wasn't explained to me, that putting money in the till voluntarily, meant that I could not get it back under any circumstances. And not even if when the item came, I try it on, and it did not suit, or I wasn't happy with the quality.
IF that was explained to me, I would not have offered any money. I mean who would under those circumstances? Feel like I have been ripped off.
I'm not likely to get my money back by the look of it, so I'll just have to get the 400 in gift vouchers and use them another time when I feel better about it. Just hope that they won't have a 'use within 3 months' stamp on them:-/0
