Penelopa.Pitstop said:Considering prices of tunnel crossing right now, isn't it really cheaper to go once in a van? The cheapest prices I saw for tunnel were £100 for 1-2 days round trip. So that will be £200 for two trips. Is van ticket (high car) much more expensive? Otherwise, nothing stopping you from doing two booze trips in one day.
Big van ticket is more, small van not - but I've got to hire it for the weekend with permission to go to Europe and Recovery. Thats going to be £200 or more. Plus planning to going to down to Saumur in the Loire Valley and that's a long drive in a van!0 -
Make sure you check the requirements for travel to France and from France to UK, particularly the forms you need to complete in advance of travel.0

I don't see £60 return, it's £60 one way. So now, cheapest one way is £120.
