Sorry, permission denied.

I've got another account on here and when I try to sign in I get the above message
Ive tried phone, tablet (chrome on both), PC (firefox, chrome and IE), have reset the password and still I get told permission denied.

There used to be some sort of blip around IP addresses. Have a search on site feedback if you haven't already, you might find something there. They also say

"Whilst we will do our best to monitor the boards for any technical issues or problems with the forum, all issues need to be reported to us directly. 

That way we can escalate and track all issues properly.

Ive had an issue withIP addresses in the past so maybe linked to that, Ill have a look thanks Elsien.
