We are telling you how to operate the forum by going to the NEWBIE sticky.  Are you trying to view the forum on a phone?  You miss out on some of the functionality that way.  From here click browser back button until you are on the front page of the parking forum and you will see that the first five threads are called announcements in red.  Click on the one that states: -
    **NEWBIES, PRIVATE PARKING TICKET ...................
    **READ THESE FAQ FIRST.........
Then read from the beginning and you will find the advice you are seeking.

     Where to subject request?

Please stop asking questions the answers to which can be found by using a search engine.and familiarise yourself with the use of this forum.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Do you mean: -
To where do I submit my Subject Access Request?
If so it clearly states in the NEWBIE sticky to submit it to the DPO of the PPC.
    1.  Have you found the NEWBIE sticky?
    If yes,
    2.  Have you found the fifth post of the sticky? Here you will find common acronyms explained.
You really need to do what @D_P_Dance suggested above and learn to move about the forum and actually read the NEWBIE sticky starting with the first post.  It is not a quick read and may take a few runs through before it starts to make sense.
