Hi everyone! 

WHAT TO DO?

I have got this penalty charge back in july and i just recieved it Last week but its just penalty notice i have missed the first penalty letter apparently? this is the second letter which i never recieved the first so its gone up And lastly this parking in ashford middlesex church road when you go down there you have to go through this private parking to go out and maybe i just stayed 5mins to see if i can get a change from my note to coins but i didnt so i have left the premises SO GUYS WHAT TO DO?

    It is not a penalty charge, it is an invoice from a scammen for an alleged breach of contract.  Pay them not a penalty unless a judge instructs you to.

    Nine out of ten of such tickets are scams. It is all explained in the stickies/newbies, please read them. 
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    That is not a PENALTY notice !!! It clearly states PARKING charge notice !!

    Read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , and read paperwork more carefully in future

    You have left the PCN number for the whole world to see. Someone could do a lot of damage with that information.

    I have called them and search this company and i do recall going through that car park.. the only thing now is how to deal because i email them to give me more evidence and the duration of i allege park there

    Firstly, do not ever telephone, everything in writing.  Secondly, the newbies/stickies tell you what to do.  Please read them.  Have you sent off a subject access request yet?.
