Even iphone 5s is on IOS12 now, and they can be got cheaply second hand. For IOS9 it must be a 4/4s which is bordering on being pensionable!colsten said:

Starling require Android 5+ and HFX state, as they do for iOS, a recent version but they do list 6+ for finger print log in.
