BT_ TERRIBLE PROVIDERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE / BUSINESS

I am complied to write my experience I have endured over these 10 days with BT BUSINESS. And the way I was treated, it felt like gaslighting.
Basically I arrived to work one day and my phone line was down, so I called to voice my concern as I rely on telephone calls and internet for my bookings for my business.
I waited nearly one hour on my mobile before I spoke to someone and they 1st explained their was a fault in the line and they will call me back, I never got phone calls back.
anyway this went on for a few days 10 to be exact of different people telling me different things, but on asking questions they would just say I don't know to any questions i had.
the last straw was yesterday after 4-6 on and off (my whole day ) hours on the phone a guy told me that my number is gone to TALK TALK, and they don't know how, but that's it.
I was very distressed as I could not make sense of this, 7 years I have this business number, i even called TALK talk and they don't know what I am talking about.
I still do not have my phone working and left with no one helping me to resolve this matter, left to my own devices.
Any help would be great ???
It really is shameful, unprofessional and the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
just wondering has anyone else had similar experience ?

You are a business on a business contract .This is essentially a consumer forum .Complain to your BT business advisor , Your contract should show you how to complain and what your Service Level Agreements entitle you to .0
