Skipton BS - cash ISA application - experiences?

Just to update you on what I have found out since my last post.  My records showed that the two payments were transfers in, but a fault in the system recorded them as bank payments.  The transactions should have shown a transfer not ‘bank payment’.  It only caused problems when I tried to transfer out, although my record showed that I had not used my annual allowance.
Then, Yesterday,  I tried again to transfer part of the ISA to the Coventry having been assured by the Skipton that it would happen.  This morning I received an email from the Skipton telling me a withdrawal had been made.  My transactions showed a withdrawal not a transfer.  After yet another phone call when I was told that yes, it was a withdrawal, they said they would investigate.  The money appeared in my Coventry account shortly afterwards so It seems that it was done correctly but that there is system error.  Hopefully, now that they are aware of it, they will put it right in everyone’s account, but in the meantime just be careful when transferring out.
