the goverment know all about the private parking ticket scam , in fact they took a 10% share in parking eye when they were raising start up funding , they held on to that 10% for many years and profited from parking eyes income .

I said I would sue Hurley next time as an individual director.  He was quite upset  as obviously I would need to serve the summons to his home address.  

The DVLA is in a contract with the IPC.  As with the landowner’s contracts (you should read one)  it is to stay out or face a damages claim. 

The IPC has stated  it offers an appeals service and whilst no one complaints it is home free.  If everyone appealed it would make a difference.

Interesting. It will show on Companies House filings.   I will definitely take this up with the DVLA’s Legal Department.  Please confirm the company registration number.
