I switched to Vodaphone and have consistently had problems Slower than promised speed but worse, dropping out literally every few minutes. After hours of moaning they rang me to say it was “an amber cable link capacity issue” and I should contact BT Openreach directly. They said they had to be referred by the provider. Catch 22.
Can anyone recommend a provider for the TN12 area of Kent?

If its an Open Reach problem then unless you have Virgin it will be the same .
Your ISP contacts Open Reach so make a complaint .
