No worries, it is completely acceptable here  to name the bank.

So are these accounts with the same bank?
If so which one as it would be nice to know to avoid a bank that does not show ALL accounts that you are a account holder on.
Yes they are with the same bank.  New to forums so I wont risk naimg the bank in case its not acceptable.  Thank you for your reply.
It's fine to name the bank. As I work in banking. I have never known one that does not show all your accounts with them in a app. You used to get the odd one  that did not show credit cards.
As to your mothers account. Do you have POA?  and think that is why it's a joint account?

Simple solution, contact your mum and get the account details, then transfer the money that would still be in your account and transfer it back to the "joint" account, then ask your bank to add your name back onto the joint account.

    Problem solved.
Thank you.  The issue is more how the money is being moved without permission.
I’d be more concerned about being financially linked to someone via a joint account that I apparently have no access to but which could impact on me if the person went hugely overdrawn or used it for fraudulent reasons. For example.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
