I have an email from them stating my current address is the address where correspondence will be sent but I have had nothing from them. It has been around 50 days since I said I was seeking debt advice.0

Disgruntled4051 said:Hi folks,
I have just recently got the photos that they took of my car. I kept my permit in the left hand window just in front of my wing mirror. I have just had a look a d noticed that the permit hadn't actually fallen like I thought - it is actually there. I can see it! However they have taken the photo so the details arent visible. Now it says on their signage that it must be on display in or on the windscreen. My question is can this be considered the windscreen and is it worthwhile phoning GS and arguing my point?
I have heard nothing since I asked for the 30 day extension for debt advice either.
Thanks for any advice again.

I doubt you will see a claim in NI.

Just reply to Gs (no PHONING them!!) and the PPC and tell them that they MUST erase your old address now that they have your correct address for service. In addition, it is clear to see your permit on display (not fallen down) in the front side windscreen in the 'evidence photos'. So it is clear the entire case has no cause of action and given you live permanently in Northern Ireland you urge them to stop harassing you and confirm (to your NI address) that the baseless PCN is cancelled. If either firm refuses again to erase the old address, you will immediately report them to the Information Commissioner.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We will not erase your previous address that we wrote to as it forms an integral part of our file and history of trying to recover monies in relation to unpaid Parking Charge on behalf of our client. Your previous address is contained within documents that show the steps we have taken in trying to contact you, should legal proceedings be brought in respect of the matter.
I got that response quite a while ago from them but they did confirm my NI address is where all correspondence will go.
I will however try again and point out to them the new information that I have about permit etc.
Thanks for all of the extra advice folks. I'll let you know what they say.1 -
Can you post the photo of your car (delete the reg and personal details). Is it clear from it that something was displayed?
If so I'd also go back hard and tell them that their case is hopeless given that a permit was plainly displayed.

As Johnersh says, let us see a photo and if what you say is correct, it will destroy their claim.
Gladstones are either very stupid or very desperate to get money. The latter seems to be the answer
