Sometimes I get pop ups when someone posts on a thread I have but most of the time nothing happens. If I click on the bell symbol they show but pop ups are very random.

I only see a small percentage of the pop-ups, but I just assumed it was because they were transient and so small that I had just not noticed them! I honestly have no idea whether they are appearing or not. The counter on the "notifications" bell works fine and I rely on that.1
