    Could be that you've been counting your break in your working hours - for instance if you work 9am to 5pm then you have a 20 minute unpaid break in middle of at least 20 minutes?  Thats why its important to know your actual start/finish times
    I've already said I've not included my break because it's unpaid. It's 38 hours excl. breaks.
  • Could they just have made a mistake? With it increasing in April just after lockdown it wasn’t put through (human/clerical error) - there was a lot of confusion at that time.

  • I use wage indicator.co.uk to work out hourly pay from salary
