sounds like that's what's happened, they've based it off a standard 37.5 but you are on 38. Do you work different hours on different days then? Else you'd need to work 7 hours and 36 minutes per day. If you are working 38 hours then they need to give you half hour back somewhere.hambleton1 said:

I work 8 hours Mon-Wed, 7.5 hours on Thursday's and 6.5 hours on Friday's. Lunch not included, because it's unpaid.wesleyad said:

Could be that you've been counting your break in your working hours - for instance if you work 9am to 5pm then you have a 20 minute unpaid break in middle of at least 20 minutes? Thats why its important to know your actual start/finish times0
