My son has a JISA maturing in November where is the best place to move it to?

If he intends to keep it as long term savings and hopes to eventually buy a house, then he should move up to £4k to a Lifetime ISA and enjoy a 25% bonus on top (and repeat every year depending on how much is in his JISA).
He could leave the remainder in the JISA which will convert to an ordinary ISA.0
