Are you sure, this sounds highly unlikely to me.
They do state you cannot park up and leave the complex (monitored by a PPC I believe) but the place is massive and has numerous entrances/exits so can't possibly be covered.
Like I said, my lad used to work in the city centre and parked for free at Meadowhell and jumped on the train/tram into the city every day.
They do monitor the disabled badge bays much more closely though.

Yes only the disabled bays are managed at this site.
Great for parking and then tram into city centre.2
