Coventry's Triple Access ISA - transfer in - how quick / slow?

I've recently applied for this account with the intention of transferring in funds from another provider.
At the end of the application, it said they'll post out the transfer form for me to sign and mail back (I thought it'll all be sorted online).
Does anyone know how quickly they send out?

Still haven't received any paperwork to sign. Does anyone know whether this is just a formality and that they'll still be progressing with transfer request ion the background (in the interest of time)? If for any reason I decide to not go with Coventry, could I sign up with another provider? For info, I've already 'subscribed' (in other words 'paid in'?) my 2020-21 allowance with provider A in April 2020.My declaration with the Coventry BS now is to only transfer-in funds from another provider which holds prior years' ISAs - this is okay isn't it? I believe Coventry will become null & void (zero balance?) if I do decide to sign up with a third provider (to transfer in)?0

I'm intrigued as to whether anyone has actually been able to apply for, and been accepted online, Coventry's ISA accounts?Did you have to send back a signed 'application form' along with the transfer form? Or it is only applicable for accounts requesting a transfer? It looks like they'll only setup a new account upon receipt of these two forms. Is this everyone else's experience?FWIW - Coventry's application process seems long-winded and that's not yet dealing with registering for online banking!

In these times I have been quite patient with companies as it is difficult times we are in. However, my experience with Coventry has been painful to say the least. I used to hold accounts with them, but their online banking stops ‘working’ when you close your last account. My new ISA I have opened has linked to my old internet credentials, but it won’t let me see the account in internet banking. I have been on the phone to them multiple times over the last few weeks, but to no avail. I am now transferring my ISA to Skiptons 1% Easy Access ISA. Its a shame really after the 12 letters Coventry have sent me...1

Thanks for sharing your experience cosh25.Was hoping to have been accepted online and transfer request progressed electronically in the interest of time.
