Bank Park management court order

I wonder if anyone can help. I am currently fighting a parking charge notice from Bank Park Management. About 2 years ago, I parked on one of their car parks in Cheshire. The time was 16.15 at the time when I parked my car. The car park in question had in the last year changed hands 3 times, with different times for the free parking. Initially it was free after 3pm, the next time I parked there it had changed to 4 and I received a notice on my car to let me know and I wasn't charged because of the change but I was warned that the next time I would be charged if I parked after 3pm and before 4pm without a ticket. Therefore the next time I visited the car park, I made sure that it was after 4pm to ensure that it was free. However, the next time I did park there, little did I know that the car park had changed hands again. I therefore parked at 16.15 and did not get a ticket wrongly assuming that the parking was free from 4pm. Weeks later I received an invoice in the post from the Bank management saying that I owed £100 for not paying for the car park. It was a this stage that I investigated and found that the car park was now not free until 16.30. I refused to pay the £100 for 15 minutes parking and ignored the letter (invoice). I did not hear from the company again until over 2 years later when they sent me a document from the CCBC asking for me to defend my case. This I did and explained the situation regarding the change of hands and the free parking and I offered to pay the 15 minutes parking. Bank management refused to accept this and now have progressed with taking me to court. I have now received a Directions Questionnaire from the court, which I completed and sent back to them. My question is, how likely am I to win this if I keep fighting it. The amount they asked me to pay in proportion to the 'offence' I have caused is clearly disproportionate? What would be my next step? I have read some of the threads, but I feel that my issue is too far ahead now? If anyone could help me with advice it would be much appreciated. Please don't give me any abuse or attack me for what I 'should' have done. I have done what I thought was right and defended the claim to the best of my ability. I am merely asking help.

If you want the regulars to help, I suggest you hit return a few times to make some paragraphs and break up your great wall of text.

Split it into paragraphs as mentioned above
Email a SAR to the DPO at Bank , attaching a copy of the claim form under GDPR
Post an exact copy of the defence you submitted to MCOL , below1 -
We don't need a second thread on this.
Please copy your post above as a reply onto your existing thread - having added a few paragraph breaks of course.
Then please edit your post above, and the thread title to read something like -Duplicate thread - please ignore
