Help Needed Apcoa Parking fines

hello
I am looking for some advice, I have read the newbies thread and from what I understand I could appeal because of railway byelaws?
The keepers season ticket expired for an Apcoa train station carpark first great western railstation, Ive just been so busy with life and have had a lot going on with my physical health aswell as being a keyworker during a stressful time i have now obv renewed my season pass in the meantime the car has been driven but the identity will not be declared
this carpark is pretty much empty and has over a hundred spaces but due to covid it is now empty or has five or six cars in it
so in any case the driver was hardly inconveniencing any one for parking there
anyhow I have received ten PCNs , 50 pound each saying
notice is hereby given to the registered keeper of vehicle registration mark xxxx xxx for the alleged contravention of
use of private car park without a valid payment and then it has a picture of the keepers car
from all the reading ive done ive seen that against apcoa i will lose at the first stage of the appeal because its probably a Bot that will read the appeal and computer says no will happen
therafter i will have to appeal to popla ( can i get some advice on that)
can i use the one size fits all template to begin with not naming the driver

Can you show one, do you mean it is £50 discounted to £25?
Or £85 discounted to £50?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -

"A CHARGE OF 100 POUNDS IS PAYABLE AND MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE END OF THE PERIOD OF 28 DAYS BEGINNING WITH THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. IF THE CHARGE IS PAID BEFORE THE END OF THE PERIOD OF 14 DAYS BEGINNING WITH THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE, THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGE WILL BE REDUCED TO 50 POUND"
can i also add that i think i have read somewhere that letters posted need to be within a certain amount of days? some of these fines have been sent a month later from when the alleged charge occured0 -

Send your initial appeals as the keeper, one for each ticket, giving no clues to the driver's identity.1 -
Was the car park anpr controlled or was there a windscreen ticket issued by APCOA0

APCOA areeasy to beat at appeal where bye-laws apply. Do not tell them who was driving. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

The name and address of the keeper must be given - just as it says in the NEWBIES thread...3
