I had a problem today. 20% off frozen fish. Bought about £20 worth of different things to stock up the freezer, but discount didn't come off at the till. Fortunately I noticed before paying. Staff in-store couldn't help. Left very disappointed as that would've been a £4 saving.0

I've had problems with the card's QR code not opening on a few occasions. Most times I ensure it is open and displayed before entering the store but I've now taken a screen shot to cover the times when the App has totally crashed. I know I'm not alone on this issue as my son has had similar problems. The App has bugs which cannot be fed back to Lidl support.1

Normally I'm logged in automatically. Now I get a white screen after clicking 'continue' after 'you need to log in' on my Fire HD ... I've tried deleting and re-installing the Lidl Plus app. & just get exactly the same. Perhaps their log-in servers are down ?0

Has anyone else found that the Lidl Plus app has not recorded a spend even though the paper receipt shows it scanned correctly? A week ago I spent nearly £150 towards the £200 monthly spend, after which Lidl give a £10 discount off your next shop. Have been in touch with customer service by email and after answering their questions and sending a scan of the receipt, all they have said is that it can take up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear on the app. It is now a week! Are they deliberately trying to do me out of the discount by not registering my spend?!0

Time taken for transactions to appear on the app can vary, maybe a day but mostly later the same day. The only proof that I can see on a till receipt that the app has been scanned correctly is a "You saved (the amount) with Lidl Plus" box at the bottom, plus the reduction in price of individual items. If you have not bought any of 15% rewards or reached a £100 or a £200 spend then there will be no box, and therefore no evidence on your till receipt that the app scanned correctly. Phone them in order to get it all sorted - Good Luck.0

I've had a few where it went through & then not recorded on app.
But dont spend that much there so only missing out on a spin where I dont win anything0 -
Have any of you ever had an issue with the Lidl app scanning but not then showing up as doing so in the app (i.e. notification of digital receipt etc?). I just got back from Lidl where I had scanned it at the till, which made the chiming noise so I assume it had scanned as usual, but just noticed there's no digital receipt. I didn't use any of the coupons so I haven't lost out, but I would've done the spin the wheel prize thing at least.
Edit: Just noticed on my receipt it says "download the Lidl Plus app to save on your next shop", so it must've not scanned at all. I would've thought the cashier would tell me nothing had scanned if they had to wait for me to wave my phone over the app scanner before paying.0 -
