    Timeline so far
    FTB; HTB with 75% LTV through Broker 
    AIP 09/09
    Full Application 25/09
    Valuation Fee taken  30/09
    Im close with the development manager and as of today valuation still not booked 
    He wasn’t wrong; he checked the progress after 9 working days and there where questions to be answered.
    They wanted proof that i had the funds to clear the £9000 CC debt that i said i would by completion.
    Borrowing to maximum so no getting away from it. Those documents where shared Friday
    Broker expects approved pending valuation as soon as Tuesday
