NatWest time from AIP to acceptance

Hello,
does anyone have a rough idea of how long it is taking NatWest to approve mortgages currently? We got AIP on 15th, submitted our application though our broker on 18th. I’m not expecting anything soon but a rough timeline would be helpful! Also, is anyone aware of likelihood of getting approved if we have an AIP?
Thanks!!

2 weeks tops for most offers assuming:
1) Valuation is done in that time - little bit hit and miss depending on how busy the area is and any lockdowns.
2) There is no element of self employment.
It could be longer is self employed.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thank you! Are you able to offer any advice on likelihood of acceptance if we have AIP? MyACG said:2 weeks tops for most offers assuming:

partners credit rating is excellent across all of the major agencies, but mine is fair/ poor. We are asking to borrow 2.5 x our salaries. Many thanks in advance!0 -
We applied on 7/9. Our DIP was referred due to an address issue it was only after application I noticed my broker applied in my maiden name not my married name! Chased this up to be dealt with. Documents and gift letter have all been accepted pending valuation now. Hopefully should have the offer in the next week. I work as a paralegal so familiar with the process but it’s caused me stress 🙈0

AIP 22/7
Application 28/8
Valuation 19/9
Hoping for an answer this week. It took a while for the valuation to be booked, hence the delay. It is starting to drag on so really hoping for a response any day now!0 -
We are waiting for response to- have any of you received your offer?0

We applied 4th sept I think it was (through a broker) and then I think the valuation took place on the 19th- but no news yet. Mortgage tracker says they aren’t waiting for anymore docs so I guess it’s just a waiting game. 😬0

Our full application went in on the 21st of August and I telephoned NatWest yesterday for an update and they told me the underwriters have fully assessed and I should get my offer next week. There’s just a few internal admin tasks for them to complete! I’m part self employed though and they came back to me about 4 times requesting more documents.0
