    They have 35 days to respond to any appeal , it says so in the BPA CoP you haven't already read

  • ParkingEye will offer the £60 again, yes, when rejecting the appeal.
    It's £42 reduced which is still not cheap but fairly lower.  Is that will be offered again on rejection?
    Fyi what do you think Coupon - clutching at straws save the direct complaint?  I agree with redx - more likely getting off on a technicality unlike my last one.
