i still have the leaflet with the free delivery code on it.
But i dont have a scanner.
Will they accept a photocopy or scanned one send via email?

You don't need to ring them on the 0870 numbers, their alternative geographical numbers are on the saynoto0870 website. For their careline the number is 01254302222

I was one of the people who had trouble with them a few years ago. They only sorted the problem when I threatened to report them to trading standards!

I've ordered this year because I really took a fancy to one of their products, so far no problems but I remain wary of them, they are a bit underhand with some of their offers.

you won't know about delivery charges until you get a statement for your account. they might have charged you, they might not. hopefully not

when i used a code sent to me for free delivery if i spent over £20 it worked and delivery was free despite one of the items being out of stock. actually it wasn't, they just thought it was. i'm still waiting for them to charge me, they sent it in the same parcel as the rest of my stuff but they crossed it out on the invoive and wrote 'to follow' :rolleyes:
