I'm an existing customer - have been for 2 years - and I used the code on my final delivery (I've had 3 from them this Winter) and nothing was taken off.

I first sent off 2 emails and have had no reply and today my proper paper statement came through the post and they still hadn't replied. I spent a good hour attempting to ring the 08713 769933 number at the top of my statement and getting the 'Sorry, we can't answer your call - sod off and keep ringing back so we get more money from you' message.

I googled - and got this number: [SIZE=-1]08706 02 23 32 had to hang on for all of a minute whilst someone answered my call (It never got to the point of hanging on on the other - it just tells you about their website and cuts you off) and spoke to a lovely man who said he could see that the code should indeed have taken off the postage and he would sort it for me - so it's worth ringing to complain about it.

I've placed three orders this year and have had NO free gifts, despite actually putting the codes in for all four that I've had sent to me (Roses, 2 thorntons boxes and a jewelery box). The only time I did have a free gift was on my first ever order - and that was a tiny tin of Roses in November of last year .

Just a word of warning for anyone counting on the free delivery. I got my invoice through today and was charged £4.99

OP can you confirm that your postage was free using that code?

This happened with some MSE'rs a few years back and the £4.99 plus interest plus £20 late payment charge was passed to a debt collection agency and stung loads of people. Some fought on, others paid up. The thread was lost in the site change over back in 1995.

You need to get onto Studio and get them to confirm that this charge is going to be removed. They are sods to deal with.

Yes it was posted to me on a printed leaflet.
I am yet to recieve my invoice.

at last spoken to studio :j will not honour 033 code told me to send proof of this and will honour it?:mad: also send items back for free but will still have to pay del?????:rolleyes:
