I have had a account with 24studio for a couple of years.
And use the odd 10% discount code, never any for free deli.
I have placed my order, using the code. So free posting should apply to current customers too.
The code was on a leaflet, and not printed on a letter.
Also when u order it says to put in code 033 in the box if u dont have a code.
but does not state it is for free delivery.A smile and manners doesnt cost any thing0 -
I used this code a few weeks ago, it didn't work.0

The total on the confirmation email that you get excludes any discounts or delivery charges so you won't know until you get your bill whether you've been charged for the delivery0 -
Had my order delivered on Saturday after waiting 19 days for it to arrive. Should have had free delivery and free chocolates as it was over £48 but no chocolates and £4.99 charged for delivery. Emailed them but no reply. Phoned about 15 times and can't get through. In fact off to give them another try now.If I had known then what I know now . . .

I also used the free del code that I had sent to me, (have been a customer for years), I placed my order, got the statement with full amount to pay, rang them up and she relucatanlty said she would pass it over to have the 4.99 credited to the account, I paid the balance over the phone - next statement I had still had the 4.99 charge on it now showing as the balance together with interest!!! Needless to say, I have left it with them to sort out and told them they are a bit daft charging themselves interest lol.0

i'm a customer and my letter said delivery is free if you spend more than £20. they offer free chocs to get your order but every christmas there are threads all over the net about how the free gift was 'out of stock' and no alternative was given.
the delivery charge is added when they sedn your statement, so even if your conformation email doesn't mention postage that doesn't mean they won't charge you.
they charge interest if you don't pay, so anything in dispute racks up interest until your account is in arrears and they tell the credit reference agencies about it.
this year i managed to find a £20 order - it's pretty cheap if you actually want to order from them. no chocs of course, but the delivery was free.
only order from this company if you want other stuff. the personalised cutlery is lovely, mine has been delivered and i would definitely buy it again. if it wasn't christmas i wouldn't find £20 worth to order, but they sent a leaflet with heavily discounted christmas wrap, cards etc. which work out at roughly the same as the supermarket or even cheaper.
i've been a customer for years and place an order each christmas but more often than not i get no free gift.
if you are ordering just for the chocs be prepared for a struggle over the delivery charge.'bad mothers club' member 13
