Ignore debt collectors - NEWBIES FAQ sticky, fourth post, tells you how.Which parking firm is involved?
Have you moved address since the time the vehicle in question has been in your possession? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Not a lot can be done at this interim stage
The Keeper (not you) in whose name the demands are in , should check that their V5C is up to date , has the correct address on it , because incorrect or out of date addresses are a common reason for missing documents and paperwork
Then the RK should email a SAR to the DPO at Justpark to obtain all their data , including documents and photos etc , attaching a copy of the V5C as proof of I D under the GDPR law
If the parking company is different , email them too with a SAR
This has nothing to do with you at the moment , his name , his responsibility
Sorry to be harsh but the ability to pay or not is irrelevant , even homeless jobless folk can be fined for owing money or offences etc
So check V5C , email a SAR ,crews the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , especially posts 2 and 4 and 5

I think that if they take this to court they may struggle, read this
https://equalityhumanrights.com/en/equality-act/protected-characteristicsNine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation., i
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, and darfts have beenopened for publc consulatation,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, under new legislation but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

feewoss123 said:I really need help and I’m not sure what the best action is.When I was 9 months pregnant in March 2019 I used a hotel car park near my work and paid via the Just Park App. I previously got the bus but found the walk to my daughters nursery too much when so pregnant so that’s why started to drive. Anyway... the last two days of my work were very busy I used the Just Park app and paid as usual for the time I needed. I never had any tickets or issues at the time (Still have the record of these on my app). Now this week my husband (car in his name I am named driver) get a letter from BW Legal for £320 for these two dates ‘overstay’ there is no further information or details.
Having never got any tickets (I am not disputing I may have been minutes late but I have photos of me leaving my work (last day before mat leave) and photos of me home with my daughter so I can’t have been longer than 5 mins late but any ticket I would have dealt with this is the first I’ve heard). I just don’t really know what to do next .... I can’t afford to pay £320 but also have had no opportunity to pay a lesser amount or indeed been given evidence I was even over. Please help.
The car must have been registered to an old address. Put that right immediately by changing the V5C online, if you still own it.
Keep your proof of payments and email a SAR to the parking firm (who is it)? NEWBIES thread post #2 tells you about a SAR and how to find the right email.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We haven’t moved - we are in the same address we have always been in which the car (registered in my husbands name not mine I am a named driver), we haven’t had any parking tickets either in the mail or on the park at the time. Also the letter doesn’t give anymore details just the 2 dates and says ‘overstay’.0

Yes, but the SAR will clear that up. I told you where to read about that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We already told you that a SAR will obtain the data
The paperwork is in the name of the RK , so nothing to do with insurance or named drivers , the issues are nothing to do with insurance
It's about paying a parking company through an app third party , that seems to have failed2 -
As this poster seems intent on disrupting this forum I think that it is time he/she was reported.
