I always like to think this is a place people share  from experience and not speculation. Im looking for advice and if you are qualified to give it and tell me that these reports are correct then thank you ill accept i can do nothing about it

My experiance is that I have been insolvent twice in my life, both times not of my doing, i`ve had Debt management plans, a Debt relief order, and an IVA, i`ve been a debt advisor for ten years, i`ve been there, seen everything, done most things, and got the tee shirt, I don`t profess to know everything, but what I do know comes from my own experiance, and not from Google.

Scottish law differs from English Law in a number of areas, what I told you is correct in England & Wales, but your partner may not have been as behind with payments as you were, everyones own debt situation is unique, also things may also be done differently North of the border in terms of credit file reporting.

If you remain unhappy, then by all means submit a written complaint to the creditors concerned and ask them why your file is marked as it is, you can always ask them to default you and backdate that default to the start of your arrangement citing not been treated fairly as a reason why.
Some folk have been successful at doing this.
Thank you so much for your advice. My comment wasn't aimed at you , it was the unhelpful comment I received before you replied from someone who was really just here to judge. I fully respect your feedback here  and sharing your experience! Thank you!
  • It might be because the company expect the payment by a certain date, but your company are paying it after that date eg should be paid by 10th but isn't being received until 15th, that would leave late payment markers.

Ask your company to check and have the company you owe money alter the date.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Do you have experience or knowledge of the scottish das system ?
    Was that directed at me?

Yes, I do, but you seem to be deliberately avoiding answering some pertinent questions here. You fell behind on payments, didn’t you, and entered an agreement to lay your arrears and capital back at a reduced rate.

You are therefore in arrears, and it is being correctly reported.

No-one has been judgemental, but you seem unhappy that you are not getting the answers that you want.

If you are uncomfortable with how things are being recorded, and as you want to imply, are not behind in your original, agreement, then lodge a complaint.

This is definitely what it looks like as one entry has 4 years showing payments made on time and then it changes. I'll contact them and hopefully they can amend . Thanks
