Plusnet retention team??

I have just cancelled with plusnet as they want to charge a crazy price for a house move or sign us up to a new contract which costs 33% more than what we are paying now for the same service!
im hoping someone will call back from a retentions team but the question is do they have one like sky or mobile companies? Can I expect a call back?

fwiw, did you speak to customer options/retentions team on 0800 013 2632 by wading through their system for 'thinking of leaving us'.

I just received an email advising my contract ends next month. There is a unique recontract link in the email offering 36mb fibre and line rental for £22.99 for 12 months. I'll have to give them a call at weekend as I also get discounted pricing for other services/benefits not mentioned in the email.
