Seems a bit of a rigmarole. If they can't verify linked account during application you have to send original or certified bank statement along with the ISA Tranfer Form.0

Have just opened this. I already have 2 fixed rate ISA's with them but they still could not verify my linked account. But rang them and they sorted it out without me needing to send anything. Still had to physically post a transfer form fromanother ISA. Customer Service at Principality is second to none - very helpful, pleasant and always willing to sort things out there and then. A couple of years ago I opened an easy save account with them. Three days later they brought out another easy save account with a higher interest - they contacted me to ask if I wanted to change to the new account. They also had an easy access ISA paying 0.77% but brought out a new issue paying this 0.95%. When I spoke to them they said they were contacting everyone who had opened the 0.77% account to offer them the new rate on the new account. Principality comes highly recommended (not always the best rates)1

That is good to know and reassuring about their customer service. I rang them on Friday and was prepared to close the new flexible ISA I had opened on line that day as I thought it was ridiculous they couldn't link my current account when it was linked to another account with them already. They sorted it out to me and just had to post the ISA transfer form . Fingers crossed it will go smoothly.Malchester said:Have just opened this.
