Is Scottish Friendly’s 10 year ISA a worth while investment please

No. Their annual fees at 1.5%+ are between 1.5x and 3x what you would typically pay for an investment fund-based ISA with other mainstream S&S investment platforms.
The only attraction is that if you are only able to invest a tenner a month, SF will take your business while others would tell you to come back when you have £25 a month or £100 lump sum. However, if you're only investing a tenner a month, a little over £100 a year is not going to give you a massive pot of gold at the end of a decade.1
