Front pads damn near down to the backing.
    One illegal tyre.
    Handbrake not working.

Was the car on a 6mo extension before this test?
    When was it last serviced?

Massively expensive to just remove & refit :)
    Aren't they replacing anything? ;)

Assuming they are replacing everything, sounds cheap for an S-class, expensive for a Corsa. :)

I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

(except air quality and Medical Science ;))
  • Sorry its a Ford Focus

Seems a bit dear, ask another garage for a quote.
The handbrake cables are expensive for a focus, and can be a bit of a pain to fit, but £240 for just one seems a bit steep, especially when they are charging another £112 to adjust the handbrake.

Not an outrageous bill as it is 2 years since last service.
