Dreadful customer service from Tesla

It maybe due to COVID maybe not, but I've never had an issue with Tesla customer service. I test drove x2 S and x2 Xs before ordering our X. I've had my own car picked up and than dropped off at work/home when it needed to go in for warranty work and have always found someone helpful to speak to if issues.Newnoel said:Is this poor customer service typical of Tesla? It doesnt inspire confidence if I am expected to hand over north of £80k for the car
More recently I know Tesla service centres have been overrun with Model 3 deliveries, and some centres are better than others.
Hopefully you can get something sorted for a test drive, for me anyways Tesla customer service has been top notch, zero complaints at all in 3.5 years of ownership.0 -

She can no longer answer - not on that username, anyway.Herzlos said:sweetsand said:I'm not saying the dealer is doing this but in our own experience, a dealer, sales person will cancel your test drive if they have an exisiting customer like us where they know we will almost cert buy.I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that no good dealerships do that, it doesn't make any sense. You're apparently already a sure fire no test drive buyer, so why would they need to abandon a test drive to fit you in?
Permanent this time? (and does that mean I can get my yellow card rescinded?
