WC Grab Rails - Fitting Guidance (drawings)

I wish to fit a pair of 300mm grab rails for a low-level WC (on the walls either side of the WC), and require an authorative source of guidance, ideally *with drawings*.
E.g., this is one source, but is without drawings.

You are getting too complicated.
Sit the person who needs the grab rails on the toilet.
Ask them to reach out & find where the rails need to be for THEIR comfortable use.
Mark & fit to wall.
Or fit a raised toilet seat.
