Rights to Cancel a flight

He said that he booked the Flights at a time when there was no FCO warning in place not sure if that was before or after March 3rd. If it was after I think there is a good chance of a refund. If before he has got to hope they extend the amnesty period currently operating.Caz3121 said:

from their site they are currently allowing passengers with bookings up to 30 September to change without change fee or have a future travel voucher but, in line with other airlines, a refund is something that requires the flight to be cancelled by them first.
I got my Barcelona Flights refunded when the restriction came in even though the flight I was booked on was still operating and the return portion as well. I booked them earlier in the summer for travel in August.
So OP when did you book your November Flights ?0 -

More than 14 days out, the website states they can move the flight and pay the fees and their normal terms apply. The chance of the OP ringing up (or emailing) and asking for a refund in this case is near zero.0 -
