Rights to Cancel a flight

I am booked to travel to Barcelona in November and if the quarantine rules still apply then would I be able to get a refund on my flight? When I booked the restrictions were not in place.

Absolutely no chance then. Either change the dates on it online and incur whatever fee that entails, speak to your travel insurance, or hope they cancel the flight.

Do you have a link? it may be useful for others
from their site they are currently allowing passengers with bookings up to 30 September to change without change fee or have a future travel voucher but, in line with other airlines, a refund is something that requires the flight to be cancelled by them first.
