In which case it's nearer 1k once the spurious charges are removed , double recovery is not allowed and may be an abuse of process , as seen in dozens of other threads on here

The claim should be the PCN value times the number of PCN,s , plus allowed interest if any , plus allowed legal costs

They seem to believe that you are the new Carly Mackie !!

Have to ask the obvious - how has your vehicle racked up that many charges?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

A SAR is not going to help you. It'll just waste time and not turn up any useful info. I assume this came from Mellicks? You MUST reply to it. Court process in Scotland is very different to small claims in England. You should reply to Mellicks denying the debt and making a strong defence. If you have multiple tickets at the same location, keeper liability is much harder to argue and judges in Scotland may warn against it at the Case Management hearing. That's not to say it can't be won, but you will need something you can convince the judge with that other users had regular access to your vehicle. At some point you will be contacted by the court to make your intial submission. Make sure you put in a solid defence with references to any evidence you have that backs up your defence.

The SAR takes one email, and should be done, so the person can understand the evidence behind the PCNs.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
