Quite a few viewings, not a single offer or second viewing

Hi everyone,
Like most, we’ve jumped on the bandwagon to try and move whilst we can get free stamp duty.
We currently live in a maisonette that my boyfriend owns. We put it up on the market at the end of July, and have had 15 viewings so far.
We’ve not had a single offer or request for a second viewing, the feedback is quite bland and not helpful. Main comments are kitchen is too small (we can’t change the size of it), and that the private garden is nice.
I don’t think our estate agents are being critical enough so we’re guessing what we need to change to sell it, would anyone have any advice?

This the one ?
You can post links, it will just have some spaces in it.
Being picky but the photos could do with being in order, theres 1 ourside then 3 in door, 1 outside then back in doors and final photo is outside.
Bathroom seems a little cluttered.
Photo 8 are you able to move the swinging bench (or whatever its called ) and have a photo taken so you can get more of the garden in shot.
More experienced posters will post advice, may even disagree with me.1 -
Officially a homeowner 🥳🥳
September Grocery Challenge: £146.60/£200
October Grocery Challenge: £175 (rough estimate)/£175
November Grocery Challenge: £77.96/£1502 -
I’d hazard a guess that the main responses will be, the initial image isn’t very appealing, is there any way you can show the front door, more perhaps on an angle? Also declutter, declutter, declutter. Make the most of a small space by showing how much space there is. At the moment, it just looks a bit cramped. Though if you’re getting viewings it’s not that there’s anything majorly wrong with the price?
Im sure you’ll get some really helpful responses! Good luck in selling!Officially a homeowner 🥳🥳

If you're getting viewings, then the listing is doing its job - potential buyers like what they're seeing there, hence coming to see the place in the flesh.
So - be honest... What might they be seeing in the flesh that's making them turn away?2 -

Price is too high for that type of house on the verge of a major economic crisis, and Brexit, the 10k drop you have done already probably isn`t enough IMO.1
