    Is this Avon and Somerset?   Was checking if it was a Super NIP which have to be handled differently

    It's very simple. There's three choices...

    1 - Course. Offer open for 120 days.
    2 - NIP. Offer open for 28 days.
    3 - Court date. Default should you not take either of the other two.

    Both 1 and 2 require you to accept that you did indeed do it.
