Lets say mot expires 10/10/20 and OP takes it out early, so instead of the new mot starting 11/10/20 it will start alomst early and that is a fact..-1 -
Yes, it would make a difference to some, but not others. Up to a month before the due date you get a year plus the days before it is actually due.
Mine was due a few days ago, I had it done before August bank holiday, it expires September 2021.0
