AXS gig tickets sold before being rescheduled.

The problem is you have sold them. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I don’t think there is anything you can do and I suspect £120 isn’t going to make any difference to your day to day life ? I would forget about it and hope the concert goes ahead .JoeBloggz00 said:Exactly that, @photome . I sold them in good faith thinking I would get the money this year and if I had known it would be rescheduled, I would have course just requested a refund and had the money months ago, same as the other gigs I got refunded with them. No, they won't allow me to reverse the sale now either.
I have multiple theatre and gig tickets that have been postponed, who knows if any of them will actually take place1 -
Are the tickets transferable? As many are not.JoeBloggz00 said:Exactly that, @photome . As many concerts now turn away people that have bought tickets from resellers. Hence why they do not pay out till after the concert.
In that case you will end up losing the cost of the tickets.Life in the slow lane1 -
All ticket resellers e.g viagogo, getmein etc have the same policy.Theoretically you could sell the tickets, get the money and then (depending on the venue) claim your tickets were stolen or lost. The tickets would then be cancelled and reissued. This would mean you get to see the gig and also get money for them.1

Yes they are. AXS are one of 4 selected ticket sellers to sell for the 02, all very legit and above board. They have a ticket resale programme which again is all legit. The tickets hadn't been sent out to me hence they are not being re-sold, but will be issued to the new buyer 14 days before in her name.born_again said:

I couldn't as the tickets weren't ever issued and have been cancelled from my account completely. They will be issued to the new buyer 14 days before the gig. It's not a seller such as Viagogo, they are the official company used for the gig at the 02 and have a very legit re-sale programme.JReacher1 said:All ticket resellers e.g viagogo, getmein etc have the same policy.Theoretically you could sell the tickets, get the money and then (depending on the venue) claim your tickets were stolen or lost. That's new information, and changes my view. If the tickets were still in your name and had been sold onto another person in the "normal" fashion, then I stand by my remarks that they're acting fairly, because the tickets would be in your name and the risk was with the new buyer. If however, they have effectively cancelled your original purchase and re-sold the tickets themselves, to an entirely new buyer, then I think it right that they refund you, because there's now a new contract between AXS and a third party. Your contract with them has now been cancelled.JoeBloggz00 said:
