All the landowner contracts between Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC) and OPS, between 2013 and 2021, are available in this FOI request:

Brighton & Hove City Council gives contracts to OPS, with their history ???
I would suggest this smells of rotten fish
  • Hi , @Coupon-mad. I have received a Northampton County Court Business Centre claim for an OPS ticket at Stanmer from 2019.
I had ignored all correspondence from them in the past (before I was made aware of this forum) but I have followed the Newbies thread and am writing my defence. I read in this thread that I will be able to beat OPS if I do not admit to driving. Would you advise to simply write that or also state about the inadequate signage etc?

Thanks in advance and keep up the good work.

You cannot hijack someone elses thread to ask your questions.
You need to start your own thread.

You follow the template defence, which already covers crap signage further down.
You have to understand how you would react if asked IN COURT: who drove
    You cannot lie
You may be unsure, and thats OK
But if you know, and that driver is you, then you may not lie to the court. Its perjury.

@greenghost, when you start your own thread, please tell us the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form. Please don't post that information on this thread. Thanks.

    Hi All
Just a word to let everyone know that (despite teh fact that I was late to the party with my appeal, and had provided full details etc), I was still successful with my POLA appeal. My advice to all to stick to your guns and don't give up!!! Plus I wont be going back to Stanmer Park again!!! I am very grateful to everyone who has helped, this board has been amazing. Thanks for the support, especially to @Coupon-mad
Regards to all and don't let the b------- get away with it!

Great news! See my reply to you on the POPLA Decisions thread, please come back and be heard to Government because the industry is lobbying to change their minds.
