I purchased early Aug 2020, and have received / heard nothing yet.
My LV policy has been in force for over 120 days now0 -
I've been in contact with Optimise Media and they are referring all enquiries regarding this promotion to LV themselves on this email address
LVGICares@lv.co.uk
I've now emailed LV, and will respond here with their reply when received.0 -

I sent an email 13th January to LVGICares@lv.co.uk - as yet no response. Not very good customer service either from LV or #moneysavingexpert #martinlewis #LV. I bought my insurance in August ! its absolutely disgraceful

Had a similar issue recently with LV. Signed up for car insurance in late March 2021, made a note somewhere that I was due £60 of Amazon vouchers 60 days after the policy started but forgot until now. Fairly sure I did not receive it as my Amazon account does not show the £60 being added (and it is not in my emails). Been on the phone to LV but they said they couldn't do anything, and I can't remember who the £60 offer was with, although I suspect it was MoneySupermarket.0

Tried online chat this time and was told to email GIFeedback@lv.co.uk. Will see what happens.0
