    I've been in contact with Optimise Media and they are referring all enquiries regarding this promotion to LV themselves on this email address

    I've now emailed LV, and will respond here with their reply when received.

    Email received today with details on how to claim my £60 Gift Card. 

    All sorted in the end 😃 
  • I sent an email 13th January to LVGICares@lv.co.uk - as yet no response. Not very good customer service either from LV or #moneysavingexpert #martinlewis #LV. I bought my insurance in August ! its absolutely disgraceful

    Had a similar issue recently with LV. Signed up for car insurance in late March 2021, made a note somewhere that I was due £60 of Amazon vouchers 60 days after the policy started but forgot until now. Fairly sure I did not receive it as my Amazon account does not show the £60 being added (and it is not in my emails). Been on the phone to LV but they said they couldn't do anything, and I can't remember who the £60 offer was with, although I suspect it was MoneySupermarket.
