Best baby bouncer that doesn't cost the earth?

Hi, I'm pregnant with my 2nd and looking for recommendations for a bouncer/ rocker. Looking back i wasn't happy with the one we had for the first but I didn't know any better then!
I'd like it-
To have various recline positions including nearly flat
Not be too much of a bucket seat, fairly flat
Vibrate and play some tunes

I've googled loads and watched endless reviews,  just looking for people's recommendations
